How to Order:

Call Us:
Call us on 0415 121 939 and we can take your order over the phone. (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm Saturday)

 

 

When will my order be delivered?:
If you place an order before 12pm Midday Adelaide time Monday to Friday, your order will be delivered the same day. If your order is placed outside of these hours, your order will be delivered on the next business day. Saturday orders – PICK UP ONLY from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Please note, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Do you deliver Sunday’s & Public Holidays?
No, we do not deliver Sunday’s and Public Holidays.

 

Product Descriptions:
While the photos and descriptions of our products intend to be accurate, please note that accessories may vary in style and colour depending on availability.

 

Gifts containing alcohol:
Alcohol is only available for purchase to persons aged 18 years or over. By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over. A person under the age of 18 can not receive or accept deliveries containing alcohol. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at a premises. Another delivery charge will apply if gift has to be re-delivered.

 

Returns or Exchange Policy:
Sorry, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products.

 

Do we ship Australia wide?:
Unfortunately, at this stage we do not deliver Australia wide. We deliver only to Metro Adelaide, therefore we do not delivery to country areas – sorry! (Something, we definitely hope to change, so watch this space!)

 

Are my details kept private?:
The XO box respects your privacy, so any information you give to us will only be used for purposes associated with transactions or other dealings between you and us, like processing orders. The XO box will not disclose any of your personal information to a third party (unless required by law) without your consent.

 

MORE GENERAL INFORMATION:

Please make sure you provide us with the correct address, if the incorrect address is given, a re-delivery fee will apply.

If you do not want the gift to be left at the property if the recipient is not home, please email us at thexobox@gmail.com for any instructions regarding delivery as we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. Please note, this will incur a re-delivery fee.

If the delivery driver deems the property unsafe to enter (due to dogs, etc) or they cannot access the property (due to locked gates, etc) a re-delivery fee will apply.
